East Sac County Raiders (Lake View, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Alta-Aurelia Warriors (Alta, IA), 10-1 in a league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pocahontas for a non-league challenge on Monday, June 3.

With the loss, Alta-Aurelia falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Warriors host Northwest Webster (Manson, IA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 1. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Northwest Webster lost 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Southeast Valley (Gowrie, IA)
