West Monona Spartans (Onawa, IA) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Spirit Lake Indians (Spirit Lake, IA), 12-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, West Monona improves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Spartans host MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA) to face the Dutchmen in a non-league game on Saturday, May 31. The Dutchmen enter the game with a record of 2-0. MOC-Floyd Valley won 12-4 in their recent league game against Unity Christian (Orange City, IA)
