In Wednesday's league game, the visiting DeLaSalle Islanders baseball team scored a tight 12-6 victory over the Academy of Holy Angels Stars.
The Islanders (2-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN). The Huskies go into the Tri-Metro game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, St. Anthony Village was overwhelmed by Como Park (St. Paul, MN), 2-0, in a non-league game.
The Stars (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Kennedy was overwhelmed by Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN), 3-2, in a non-league game.
