Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights (St. Louis Park, MN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN), 20-4 in a league test.
With the win, Benilde-St. Margaret's upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Red Knights host Kennedy (Bloomington, MN) to battle the Eagles in a Metro West game on Friday, May 6. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 4-7.
The Jaguars (2-16) will now prepare for their game against Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 8-2 record.
