The Pine Lake Prep Pride soccer team scored 3 points and limited the host Community School of Davidson Spartans to 2 in the Pride league victory on Wednesday.

Next, the Pride face the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A contest, on Monday, May 9. Pine Lake Prep will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 9-2 record after their 10-0 league win over Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC).

The Spartans now have a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln Charter for a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A contest on Monday, May 9. Community School of Davidson will face a Eagles team coming off a 5-0 league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.
