East Greenwich Avengers (East Greenwich, RI) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI), 7-5 in a league battle.

The Avengers now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Moses Brown for a State Championship Division battle on Friday, May 6.

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the North Kingstown Skippers (North Kingstown, RI) in a State Championship Division battle, on Friday, May 6. Bishop Hendricken will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Skippers come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 11-5 league loss to Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI).
