Clarendon Hall Saints (Summerton, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Andrew Jackson Academy Warriors (Ehrhardt, SC), 11-6 in a league challenge.
The Saints now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson Davis Academy for a challenge on Thursday, May 5. Clarendon Hall will battle a Raiders squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Wardlaw Academy (Johnston, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 9-6.
With the loss, Andrew Jackson Academy falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Thomas Heyward Academy (Ridgeland, SC) to battle the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 10. The Rebels enter the challenge with a record of 4-8.
