The Elizabethtown Bears (Elizabethtown, PA) softball routed the visiting Lebanon Cedars (Lebanon, PA), 15-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Bears (10-6) will now prepare for their bout against Solanco (Quarryville, PA). The Golden Mules go into the Lancaster-Lebanon Section 2 bout with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Solanco beat Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA), 1-0, in a league challenge.

With the loss, Lebanon falls to 0-17 on the campaign. The Cedars host Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA) to battle the Buckskins in a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 2 challenge on Monday, May 9. The Buckskins enter the challenge with a record of 3-9. Conestoga Valley lost 10-3 in their recent league challenge against Ephrata (Ephrata, PA)
