Washougal Panthers (Washougal, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Ridgefield for a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Friday, May 6. Washougal will face a Spudders squad coming off a 18-2 league win over Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA). The Spudders record now stands at 13-0.

With the loss, Fort Vancouver moves to 0-13 on the season. The Trappers host Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA) to face the Hawks in a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Friday, May 6. The Hawks go into the match with a record of 7-7. Hockinson won 9-1 in their recent league match against Columbia River (Vancouver, WA)
