The St. Croix Central Panthers baseball team (Hammond, WI), was overwhelmed 12-7 in Thursday's league outing with the host Altoona Railroaders (Altoona, WI)
The Railroaders now hold a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arcadia for a non-league outing on Monday, May 8. Altoona will face a Raiders team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Melrose-Mindoro (Melrose, WI). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
Next, the Panthers face the Amery Warriors (Amery, WI) in a Middle Border outing, on Tuesday, May 9. St. Croix Central will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record.
