Kentucky High School Baseball - Mason County holds off Bracken County

Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Mason County Royals (Maysville, KY) and the host Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY), saw Mason County's baseball squad knock off Bracken County by a count of 4-0.

Coming up next, the Royals play the Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, KY) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 8. Mason County will attempt to move on its 16-7 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 13-9 record after their 11-7 non-league loss to Madison Southern (Berea, KY).

The Polar Bears now possess a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mariemont for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 6. Bracken County will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Reading (Reading, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 11-6.
