Indiana High School Baseball - South Newton loses to Tri-County

The Tri-County Cavaliers crushed the visiting South Newton Rebels baseball team by a count of 10-4 in Thursday's league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host Carroll for a non-league bout on Friday, May 5. Tri-County will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 5-0 league win over Rossville (Rossville, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 9-5.
The Rebels (1-12) will now prepare for their match against Seeger (West Lebanon, IN). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 12-6 record. In their last match, Seeger tipped Parke Heritage (Rockville, IN), 10-1, in a league match.
