Connecticut High School Volleyball - St. Joseph over Bridgeport Central

St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Cadets battle the Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT) in a Fairfield County match, on Friday, May 5. St. Joseph will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 11-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT).

With the loss, Bridgeport Central drops to 2-11 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Stamford (Stamford, CT) to battle the Black Knights in a Fairfield County match on Monday, May 8. The Black Knights come into the match with a record of 3-9. Stamford lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Darien (Darien, CT)
