The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Newton North Tigers (Newtonville, MA) and the visiting Wellesley Raiders (Wellesley, MA), saw Newton North's volleyball squad beat Wellesley by a tally of 3-0.

The Raiders now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Natick for a Bay State bout on Tuesday, May 9. Wellesley will play a Redhawks squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Framingham (Framingham, MA). The Redhawks record now stands at 8-1.
