The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Pocono Mountain East Cardinals (Swiftwater, PA) and the visiting Pocono Mountain West Panthers (Pocono Summit, PA), saw Pocono Mountain East's volleyball squad beat Pocono Mountain West by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Pocono Mountain East upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Cardinals host Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, May 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Tunkhannock won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Dallas (Dallas, PA)

The Panthers now own a 0-6 record.
