The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) and the host Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC), saw Watauga's soccer squad beat Alexander Central by a margin of 4-0.

The Pioneers now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Freedom for a non-league test on Thursday, May 11.

With the loss, Alexander Central drops to 4-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to South Caldwell (Hudson, NC) to meet the Spartans in a non-league test on Monday, May 8. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 1-5. South Caldwell lost 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Watauga (Boone, NC)
