Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV), 9-4 in a league battle.

The Miners now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Tahoe for a battle on Wednesday, May 10.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a battle, on Tuesday, May 9. Douglas will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 10-6 league loss to Truckee (Truckee, CA).
