The Rockbridge County Wildcats softball team (Lexington, VA), was routed 18-2 in Thursday's non-league test with the visiting Alleghany Mountaineers (Covington, VA)

Coming up next, the Mountaineers encounter the Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 8. Alleghany will attempt to improve on its 11-1 season record. The Bobcats enter the test with a 0-8 record after their 22-4 non-league loss to Floyd County (Floyd, VA).

The Wildcats (3-10) will now prepare for their test against Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA). The Trailblazers enter the non-league test with a 5-4 record.
