Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Coventry drops to Pilgrim

In Thursday's league test, the host Pilgrim Patriots lacrosse squad scored a good 15-5 victory over the Coventry Oakers.
The Patriots now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Kingstown for a Division 2 test on Saturday, May 6. Pilgrim will face a Rebels squad coming off a 8-4 league win over Prout (Wakefield, RI). The Rebels record now stands at 7-2.
In their next game, the Oakers face the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 8. Coventry will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Islanders come into the test with a 8-3 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI).
