In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Loyola Academy Ramblers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-7 victory over the New Trier Trevians.
The Ramblers now own a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to York for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 6. Loyola Academy will clash with a Dukes squad coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Dukes record now stands at 9-5.
In their next game, the Trevians clash with the Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) in a Central Suburban battle, on Friday, May 5. New Trier will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Giants come into the battle with a 0-12 record after their 11-3 league loss to Deerfield (Deerfield, IL).
