The Romeo Bulldogs softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Chippewa Valley Big Reds to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Romeo moves its record to 5-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Allen Park (Allen Park, MI) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league game on Saturday, May 6. The Jaguars come into the game with a record of 16-4. Allen Park lost 4-3 in their recent league game against Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI)

In their next game, the Big Reds clash with the Utica Eisenhower Eagles (Shelby Township, MI) in a Macomb Area - Red game, on Friday, May 5. Chippewa Valley will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 1-9 record after their 4-0 league loss to Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI).
