In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Hodgdon Hawks softball team scored a big 36-2 triumph over the Fort Fairfield Tigers.
With the triumph, Hodgdon moves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Hawks host Central Aroostook (Mars Hill, ME) to play the Panthers in a Class D North contest on Tuesday, May 9. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 0-6.
In their next game, the Tigers play the Southern Aroostook Warriors (Dyer Brook, ME) in a Class D North contest, on Saturday, May 6. Fort Fairfield will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
