The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Sabetha Bluejays (Sabetha, KS) and the visiting Jackson Heights Cobras (Holton, KS), saw Sabetha's softball squad achieve victory over Jackson Heights by a count of 12-2.
The Bluejays now sport a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Burlington for a non-league match on Thursday, May 11. Sabetha will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Labette County (Altamont, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-1.
With the loss, Jackson Heights falls to 6-4 on the campaign.
