The Sequim Wolves the visiting Kingston Buccaneers softball squad by a count of 5-2 in Thursday's league battle.
The Wolves (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against Olympic (Bremerton, WA). The Trojans go into the 2A Olympic battle with a 6-4 record.
The Buccaneers now sport a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Port Angeles for a 2A Olympic battle on Tuesday, May 9. Kingston will meet a Roughriders squad coming off a 7-4 league loss to North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA). The Roughriders record now stands at 9-2.
