Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Owen J. Roberts Wildcats (Pottstown, PA), 7-2 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they host Spring-Ford for a Pioneer challenge on Friday, May 5.

With the loss, Owen J. Roberts falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Norristown (Norristown, PA) to battle the Eagles in a Pioneer challenge on Friday, May 5.
