California High School Softball - Oak Ridge gets by Rocklin

May 4, 2023: El Dorado Hills, CA 95762

Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) and the visiting Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA), witnessed Oak Ridge's softball squad tip Rocklin by a count of 8-7.

The Trojans now sport a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Whitney for a Sierra Foothill League match on Friday, May 5. Oak Ridge will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-6.

With the loss, Rocklin moves to 9-12 on the season. The Thunder host Del Oro (Loomis, CA) to meet the Golden Eagles in a Sierra Foothill League match on Monday, May 8. The Golden Eagles go into the match with a record of 11-10. Del Oro lost 6-2 in their recent non-league match against St. Francis (Sacramento, CA)
