In Thursday's league contest, the Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA) softball team overwhelmed the host Surry County Cougars (Dendron, VA), by a margin of 16-1.
With the triumph, Windsor moves its record to 15-3 on the year. The Dukes host Poquoson (Poquoson, VA) to play the Islanders in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 9. The Islanders come into the contest with a record of 13-1.
