Michigan High School Softball - Thornapple Kellogg loses to Wayland

The Wayland Wildcats softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Thornapple Kellogg Trojans to 3 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Wayland improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Caledonia (Caledonia, MI) to clash with the Fighting Scots in a non-league game on Saturday, May 6. The Fighting Scots come into the game with a record of 5-11.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Kenowa Hills Knights (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 9. Thornapple Kellogg will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 4-4 record after their 10-8 non-league loss to Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI).
