Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX) and the host Caprock Longhorns (Amarillo, TX), saw Wylie's baseball squad beat Caprock by a margin of 6-0.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the Canutillo Eagles (Canutillo, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 11. Wylie will attempt to better on its 26-4 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 24-8 record after their 11-7 non-league win over Del Valle (El Paso, TX).
The Longhorns now sport a 10-16 record.
