Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI) and the visiting Edwardsburg Eddies (Edwardsburg, MI), saw Lakeshore's baseball squad knock off Edwardsburg by a count of 6-3.

Coming up next, the Lancers play the New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 7. Lakeshore will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 16-5 record after their 11-5 league win over Glenn (Walkerton, IN).

The Eddies now possess a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Vicksburg for a Wolverine B battle on Wednesday, May 8.
