The Lincoln Cardinals baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting St. Paul Lutheran Saints to 2 in the Cardinals league victory on Saturday.
The Cardinals (15-10) will now prepare for their match against Crest Ridge (Centerview, MO). The Cougars go into the Class 2 District 14 match with a 12-13 record. In their last match, Crest Ridge was overwhelmed by Knob Noster (Knob Noster, MO), 6-1, in a non-league match.
The Saints (6-11) will now prepare for their match against Santa Fe (Alma, MO). The Chiefs go into the non-league match with a 1-12 record.
