In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Homestead Spartans baseball team scored a nice 11-1 victory over the Warsaw Tigers.
The Spartans (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Leo (Leo, IN). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Leo overcame Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN), 11-0, in a non-league game.
The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their game against NorthWood (Nappanee, IN). The Panthers go into the game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, NorthWood overcame Wawasee (Syracuse, IN), 12-8, in a league game.
