In Saturday's non-league contest, the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Princeton Tigers (Princeton, NJ), by a count of 17-6.
Coming up next, the Hilltoppers confront the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders (Scotch Plains, NJ) in a Fitch-Pitt contest, on Thursday, May 9. Summit will attempt to advance on its 11-2 season record. The Raiders enter the contest with a 7-7 record after their 17-1 non-league win over Cranford (Cranford, NJ).
The Tigers now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Hightstown for a Colonial Valley - Colonial contest on Tuesday, May 7. Princeton will confront a Rams squad coming off a 15-3 league win over Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 3-10.
