Bullock Creek Lancers (Midland, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Standish-Sterling Panthers (Standish, MI), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host Garber for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 4. Bullock Creek will battle a Dukes squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI). The Dukes record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Standish-Sterling falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Meridian (Sanford, MI) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 4. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 9-4. Meridian won 9-2 in their recent league challenge against Harrison (Harrison, MI)
