Spectators at Saturday's league match between the East Rochester Bombers (East Rochester, NY) and the visiting Williamson Marauders (Williamson, NY), witnessed East Rochester's softball squad tip Williamson by a count of 6-5.

The Bombers now sport a 6-10 record. They play next when they host Red Creek for a Wayne County match on Tuesday, May 7. East Rochester will face a Rams squad coming off a 14-9 league win over Clyde-Savannah (Clyde, NY). The Rams record now stands at 1-10.

With the loss, Williamson moves to 9-4 on the season. The Marauders host Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NY) to face the Bombers in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 7. The Bombers go into the match with a record of 12-1. Bloomfield won 15-0 in their recent non-league match against Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY)
