Maine High School Softball - Cheverus bounces Windham

May 4, 2026: Portland, ME 04103

In Monday's league match, the host Cheverus Stags softball team scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Windham Eagles.

The Stags (9-4) will now prepare for their match against Deering (Portland, ME). The Rams go into the Class A South match with a 0-5 record. In their last match, Deering was routed by Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME), 11-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Sanford Spartans (Sanford, ME) in a Class A South match, on Wednesday, May 6. Windham will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
