Indiana High School Softball - Concord held off by Wawasee

May 4, 2026: Syracuse, IN 46567

In Monday's league test, the Wawasee Warriors (Syracuse, IN) softball squad got by the visiting Concord Minutemen (Elkhart, IN), by a tally of 9-8.

Next, the Warriors clash with the Northridge Raiders (Middlebury, IN) in a Northern Lakes test, on Tuesday, May 5. Wawasee will attempt to advance on its 9-8 season record. The Raiders go into the test with a 6-4 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Columbia City (Columbia City, IN).

The Minutemen (4-10) will now prepare for their test against NorthWood (Nappanee, IN). The Panthers go into the Northern Lakes test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, NorthWood was nudged by Goshen (Goshen, IN), 8-7, in a league test.
