In Thursday's non-league game, the host Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes baseball team scored a tight 9-4 victory over the Chicopee Pacers.
The Hurricanes (7-5) will now prepare for their game against South Hadley (South Hadley, MA). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, South Hadley was overwhelmed by Southwick-Tolland (Southwick, MA), 11-6, in a non-league game.
The Pacers (2-8) will now prepare for their game against East Longmeadow (East Longmeadow, MA). The Spartans go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record.
