In Thursday's league game, the host Osceola Chieftains baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the St. Croix Central Panthers.
The Chieftains (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record.
The Panthers (5-4) will now prepare for their game against New Richmond (New Richmond, WI). The Tigers go into the Big Rivers game with a 11-9 record. In their last game, New Richmond tipped Hudson (Hudson, WI), 2-1, in a non-league game.
