The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC) and the visiting Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC), saw Cedar Ridge's lacrosse team top Western Alamance by a margin of 18-5.
The Fighting Red Wolves (15-5) will now prepare for their challenge against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Nighthawks enter the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, First Flight beat J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC), 11-3, in a non-league challenge.
