In Thursday's league battle, the host Charlottesville Black Knights soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Goochland Bulldogs.
The Black Knights (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots come into the Jefferson battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Albemarle thwarted Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA), 3-2, in a league battle.
The Bulldogs (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs come into the Jefferson battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Monticello thwarted Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA), 2-0, in a league battle.
