Delaware High School Softball - William Penn bounces Brandywine

The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) and the visiting Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE), saw William Penn's softball squad nip Brandywine by a count of 6-2.
The Colonials now sport a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hodgson Vo-Tech for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 10.
With the loss, Brandywine falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, May 7. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 3-2.
