The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Desert Pines Jaguars (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights (Las Vegas, NV), saw Desert Pines's softball squad achieve victory over Mater Academy East Las Vegas by a count of 18-3.
The Jaguars now sport a 6-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boulder City for a non-league match on Monday, May 9. Desert Pines will face a Eagles squad coming off a 14-0 league win over Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV). The Eagles record now stands at 13-10.
With the loss, Mater Academy East Las Vegas falls to 1-4 on the campaign.
