California High School Softball - Terra Nova bounces Menlo-Atherton

May 5, 2022: Atherton, CA 94027

Terra Nova Tigers (Pacifica, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA), 9-5 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they host Mills for a Peninsula - Ocean challenge on Monday, May 9. Terra Nova will face a Vikings squad coming off a 15-13 non-league win over Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Menlo-Atherton falls to 13-13 on the campaign. The Bears travel to South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA) to face the Warriors in a Peninsula - Ocean challenge on Wednesday, May 11. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 6-11.
