Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL), 16-6 in a non-league battle.
The Mustangs now have a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Montini Catholic for a non-league battle on Monday, May 8. Metea Valley will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 18-1 non-league win over Taft (Chicago, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 10-5.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 8. Geneva will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Redhawks come into the battle with a 2-13 record after their 14-1 league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL).
