In Friday's league test, the host Steamboat Springs Sailors lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Battle Mountain Huskies.
The Sailors now have a 8-3 record.
In their next game, the Huskies face the Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO) in a test, on Saturday, May 6. Battle Mountain will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Demons come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 6-6 league Vail Mountain (Vail, CO).
