In Friday's non-league battle, the Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA) lacrosse squad routed the host Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA), by a count of 14-7.
Coming up next, the Mustangs clash with the Kettle Run Cougars (Nokesville, VA) in a Northwestern battle, on Monday, May 8. Meridian will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 10-3 record after their 17-4 non-league win over James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA).
The Blue Devils now own a 3-9 record.
