Viewmont Vikings (Bountiful, UT) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Box Elder Bees (Brigham City, UT), 3-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings confront the Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 8. Viewmont will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Wasps enter the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 6-1 league win over Springville (Springville, UT).

The Bees now have a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bonneville for a 5A Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Box Elder will confront a Lakers team coming off a 2-1 league win over Northridge (Layton, UT). The Lakers record now stands at 5-7.
