Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA), 10-1 in a league challenge.

The Grizzlies now own a 21-5 record. They take the field next when they host Clovis North for a Tri-River challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Central will battle a Broncos squad coming off a 13-0 league win over Clovis (Clovis, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 23-0.

With the loss, Buchanan falls to 12-11 on the campaign. The Bears host Clovis West (Fresno, CA) to battle the Golden Eagles in a Tri-River challenge on Tuesday, May 9. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 10-10. Clovis West won 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Clovis East (Clovis, CA)
