The Clinton County Bulldogs routed the visiting Casey County Rebels softball squad by a final score of 14-4 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Bulldogs (18-8) will now prepare for their battle against Casey County (Liberty, KY). The Rebels go into the non-league battle with a 6-13 record. In their last battle, Casey County notched a victory over Lincoln County (Stanford, KY), 7-4, in a non-league battle.
The Rebels now possess a 6-15 record. They play next when they travel to Clinton County for a non-league battle on Friday, May 5. Casey County will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-4 league win over Russell County (Russell Springs, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-8.
